These classes are conducted at an outdoor range and are scheduled on Saturdays each month from March through December. \nCOVID19 Notice – Please do not come to class if you are Covid19 positive or are sick with any symptoms. SUMMARY:Warrior Woman Basic Pistol
DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nThis training is designed to remove fear and instill confidence in beginning shooters\, as well as re-enforce the fundamental mechanics of shooting for women who are already familiar with firearms. Students will learn a fundamental knowledge of pistols\, firearms safety\, and shooting mechanics. Range instruction will focus on marksmanship and safe manipulation of the firearm. Students are required to provide a pistol\, 200 rounds of practice ammunition\, and eye/ear protection. DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nTactical Pistol 1 is a pre-requisite for this class. In the Tactical Speed and Precision class\, we will equip you with the tools and skills necessary to push yourself and take your personal training to the next level. You will learn how to break down the fundamentals into component parts\, train with precision and efficiency\, then put those component parts back together to create fundamental speed that does not sacrifice accuracy. DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nEvil hides in dark places! If you carry a gun\, but you can’t see the threat\, you are powerless to stop it. We cannot shoot what we cannot see. This class is designed to give the student a full understanding of what it takes to fight in low to no light settings utilizing both handheld and weapon mounting lights. The class will thoroughly cover low light shooting techniques\, situational awareness in low light settings\, and techniques for searching with light. Students will need at minimum a required handheld light and extra batteries\, or a backup light. It is also encouraged to utilize a weapon-mounted light as well. Even with a weapon-mounted light\, a handheld light is required. The class will blend both non-lethal training ammo which will be provided and 250 rounds of handgun ammunition which will be brought by the students. Students will need at minimum a required handheld light and extra batteries\, or a backup light. It is also encouraged to utilize a weapon-mounted light as well. Even with a weapon-mounted light\, a handheld light is required. The class will blend both non-lethal training ammo which will be provided and 250 rounds of handgun ammunition which will be brought by the students. Tactical Pistol 1 and 2 are pre-requisites for the class. \nRequired materials include a pistol\, three pistol magazines\, strong side holster\, magazine pouch\, handheld light and extra batteries or back-up light\, strong belt\, eye and ear protection\, and 250 rounds of ammunition. These classes are conducted at an outdoor range. \nCancellation and Rescheduling Policy \nA full refund is available for those who give a minimum of 48 hours notice.  Those who give less than 48 hours notice may be credited one-half the original course fee.  “No-shows” will not be allowed a credit or refund. \nIt is the student’s responsibility to register for a future class if he or she cannot attend the originally scheduled class.  In the rare event a class is rescheduled\, you will be automatically enrolled in the next open class.  We will contact you to confirm this. \n  \nSafety Policy \nGiven Agape Tactical’s vigilant focus on Firearms Safety\, we do not allow the use of appendix or inside-the-waistband (IWB) holsters in our Tactical Classes.  (Rule 2:  Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.)  If you do not have a strong side outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster we will loan you one for the class. \nAgape Tactical and its representatives reserve the right\, indeed the duty\, to refuse service or to remove individuals who operate in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.  Agape Tactical cannot accept applicants who are currently being treated for post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).
