SUMMARY:Warrior Woman Tactical Pistol 1 - TO BE RESCHEDULED
DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nThis 8-hour class is just for the LADIES where we focus on the Tactical Triad – Marksmanship\, Manipulation\, and Mindset. Shooters will gain confidence on their handgun of choice and learn to manipulate their pistol using the techniques of the Magnificent Seven – stance\, grip\, presentation (draw stroke)\, sight alignment\, sight picture\, trigger press and follow-through. Other skills taught include reloading\, malfunction clearing\, and the beginning stages of movement. All of these skills are taught within the framework of real-world\, tactical\, applications. \nRequired materials include a semi-automatic pistol\, strong side holster\, magazine pouch\, three pistol magazines\, strong belt\, eye and ear protection\, and 500 rounds of ammunition. These classes are conducted at an outdoor range and are scheduled on Saturdays each month from March through December. \nCancellation and Rescheduling Policy \nA full refund is available for those who give a minimum of 48 hours notice.  Those who give less than 48 hours notice may be credited one-half the original course fee.  “No-shows” will not be allowed a credit or refund. \nIt is the student’s responsibility to register for a future class if they cannot attend the originally scheduled class.  In the rare event a class is rescheduled\, you will be automatically enrolled in the next open class.  We will contact you to confirm this. \n  \nSafety Policy \nGiven Agape Tactical’s vigilant focus on Firearms Safety\, we do not allow the use of appendix or inside-the-waistband (IWB) holsters in our Tactical Classes.  (Rule 2:  Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.)  If you do not have a strong side outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster we will loan you one for the class. \nAgape Tactical and its representatives reserve the right\, indeed the duty\, to refuse service or to remove individuals who operate in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.  Agape Tactical cannot accept applicants who are currently being treated for post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).

DESCRIPTION:This five-hour class consists of a 1.5-hour PowerPoint Presentation with a question and answer period. It includes topics such as situational awareness\, the effects of date drugs\, and non-lethal forms of self-protection. The remaining time will be spent practicing lifesaving skills and techniques which are easy to learn and require no additional equipment. Physical training includes learning various strikes and kicks\, vocal commands\, grab releases\, and basic ground fighting. Dynamic training gives students the opportunity to ”fight for their life” against a predator in a padded suit. Students should dress in comfortable\, athletic clothes that allow for freedom of movement. \nThis class is suitable for women of all ages\, including teenagers mature enough to participate in candid conversations about assault. SUMMARY:Warrior Woman Basic Pistol
DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nThis training is designed to remove fear and instill confidence in beginning shooters\, as well as re-enforce the fundamental mechanics of shooting for women who are already familiar with firearms. Students will learn a fundamental knowledge of pistols\, firearms safety\, and shooting mechanics. Range instruction will focus on marksmanship and safe manipulation of the firearm. Students are required to provide a pistol\, 200 rounds of practice ammunition\, and eye/ear protection.
