Decatur Blvd. Las Vegas\, Nevada 89131 \nEd Ct 50 Yard Range \n  \n2 Day Pistol  is designed to diagnose the inefficiencies and flaws in your technique as well as your training methods to enhance your ability to shoot fast enough to matter and keep finding better ways to improve your all around ability. This course is not for the brand new shooter. The students should at minimum be able to hit what they are aiming at with no time limit with pistol out to 10-15 yards. Day one will diagnose and correct pistol fundamentals to make it make sense for every application. Day two we will dive into movement techniques and training strategies with a class match for the second half of day 2. SUMMARY:TN Enhanced Carry Permit
DESCRIPTION:Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit Class \nSuccessful completion of this course will enable students to apply to legally carry a handgun in the State of Tennessee. The Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit allows for open or concealed carry and is issued for an 8-year period. This 8-hour class includes topics such as nomenclature\, gun care and cleaning\, home safety\, proper selection of weapon and caliber\, concealment\, applicable state laws\, and interaction with law enforcement. \nIn addition to the classroom portion\, students will complete a firearms qualification course at the range. Students will shoot 100 rounds of ammunition with 50 rounds for practice and skill building and 50 for qualification. In order to be certified to carry a handgun\, students are required to complete a written exam and a firearms qualification course with a minimum score of 70. \nA rental package is available at an additional cost for students without access to appropriate gear which includes a .22 semi-automatic pistol\, 100 rounds of ammo\, and eye and ear protection. \nThe Classroom portion of this class will be held at: \nAgape Tactical\n6640 Carothers Pkwy Ste 160\nFranklin\, TN 37067 \nThe Range portion of this class will be held at: \nCharlie Haffner Memorial Range\n2795 Owl Hollow Road\nFranklin\, TN 37064 \nMin/Max number of students: 5/20 \n  \nCancellation and Rescheduling Policy \nA full refund is available for those who give a minimum of TWO weeks notice. “No-shows” will not be allowed a credit or refund. It is the student’s responsibility to register for a future class if he or she cannot attend the originally scheduled class. In the rare event a class is rescheduled\, you will be automatically enrolled in the next open class. We will contact you to confirm this. \n  \nSafety Policy \nClassroom Safety – Safety guidelines require that there be no guns or ammunition in the classroom. \nRange Safety – When arriving at the range\, all personal firearms should be unloaded and stored in a case\, bag or other container. Holsters are not required for this class. However\, any holster used should be a strong-side\, OWB holster to avoid unsafe handling of the firearm. Standard range safety protocols will be reviewed prior to the start of the class. \nAgape Tactical cannot accept applicants who are currently being treated for post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD). Agape Tactical reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates any safety protocols\, whether in the classroom or on the range. \n  \nREGISTER FOR A CLASS:\nSTEP 1: \nRegister with the State. All equipment will be inspected at the beginning of class to determine if it is safe for class. Leather and nylon holsters that do not retain their shape are likely to cause some safety concerns and will not be allowed if they are not safe. We recommend a reliable and reputable kydex style holster. If you have some experience with appendix or inside the waistband holsters and would like to train with one you will be given a quick evaluation at the beginning of class to determine your ability to complete the class with this gear. If you are just getting started it may be prudent to use an outside the waistband holster until you have developed an understanding of the safety skills needed to train from concealment. Safety is a skill\, not just a rule. \nAgape Tactical and its representatives reserve the right\, indeed the duty\, to refuse service or to remove individuals who operate in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
