REALTOR SAFETY CLASSES FOR CE CREDITS
Surviving Workplace Violence (Active Shooter Response)- #1110 This class incorporates both interactive seminar and dynamic training. Realtors will experience sight, sound, and smell recognition gunfire (blank rounds) inside their office. They will learn how to respond to an active threat and then experience a full-force, “fight for your life” against a predator in a padded red-man suit. This is the most realistic and empowering training available.$1000; 2 CE Credits, can include entire office or approximately 50 participants.
Open House Safety for Realtors- #1111 In this interactive seminar, realtors will learn practical and necessary techniques that they can employ to help make their open houses a safer experience. $300; 1CE Credit, unlimited participants
Personal Safety for Realtors- #1112 In this interactive seminar, realtors will learn situational awareness skills, threat identification, and how to decrease their odds of becoming a victim both on and off the job. $500; 2 CE Credits, unlimited participants
Practical Safety for Realtors- #11300 This class incorporates both interactive seminar and hands-on training. Realtors will learn important job-related defensive skills such as powerful stance, verbal commands, the use of force-multipliers, and grab and choke release techniques. $750; 3 CE Credits, 10/20 min/max participants
Dynamic Safety for Realtors- #11400 This active class is all hands-on training. Realtors will learn important job-related defensive skills such as combative palm strikes, elbow strikes, knee strikes, and kicks. They will also learn the spear technique to survive a first strike. These skills will then be employed in a full-force, “fight for your life” scenario against a “predator” in a padded red-man suit. This is the most realistic and empowering training available. $1000; 4 CE Credits, 10/20 min/max participants
