Violence doesn’t arrive with a warning bell. It slips in through gaps in awareness, planning, and preparation. This free, three-hour training is designed to help churches and private schools close those gaps with clarity and confidence. 

Participants will learn practical, real-world strategies to deter, detect, and deny potential threats before they escalate into harm.

This session covers the full spectrum of preparedness. We’ll explore how to build a culture of awareness within your organization, identify behavioral warning signs, and establish effective safety teams without creating fear or disruption. You’ll gain insight into access control, facility design considerations, and simple procedural changes that can significantly reduce vulnerability.
