A Gathering of the Guardians is not just a conference; it’s a training event. At Agape, we want to change how conferences are done. We believe your time is valuable. If you are going to trust us with your time, we want you to learn something. We aren’t here to tell stories or quote statistics. We want you to leave with new skills you can use at home, at work, or with your church safety team. Join us for a different conference experience.
Scenarios will include:
- Active Shooter Response
- Verbal De-escalation Practicum
- Homeless individual
- Domestic violence in the Sanctuary
AGAPE specializes in the most realistic training possible. We use Simmuntion weapons (real guns that fire non-lethal soap bullets at 450 f.p.s), red man suits, and other tools in our scenario training to challenge both your decision making skills and your tactical skills.

- Grant Writing
- Legal Considerations from a District Attorney
- Operational Strategy
- Concealed Draw Stroke
- Stop The Bleed
- Verbal De-escalation
